Qualifications

• Experience with detailed dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges.
• Background in mechanical rework and containment operations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Travel is required for the role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee quality and containment activities on-site.
• Support mechanical rework operations and verify specifications.
• Communicate with customers, supervisors, and inspectors to maintain workflow.
• Ensure project documentation and quality records are accurate.
• Assist with site launches, setup, training, and validation.
• Lead small teams to achieve project goals.
• Maintain flexibility for production demands, overtime and weekends.
