CNH Industrial in Goodfield, IL is seeking a Quality Supervisor for 1st shift to oversee quality planning, implementation, and sustainment of the Quality Management System. You will lead a team of inspectors, drive process improvements, and ensure product conformity.

This role requires an associates degree and 2+ years in manufacturing quality; preferred 5+ years with ISO 9001, strong problem-solving skills, and experience with Six Sigma tools.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics, or a relevant discipline.
• Two or more years of quality assurance and/or engineering experience in manufacturing including ISO 9001 and continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of quality inspectors and quality gates with guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with departments to identify quality issues and implement process improvements.
• Develop programs to establish and maintain quality standards for existing products and new initiatives.
• Develop policies and methods to evaluate and improve quality of products, materials, components and operations.
• Conduct inspections at various production stages to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain quality systems including ISO 9001:2000 and audits, process reengineering, etc.
• Prepare regular reports on quality metrics for management.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints or manufacturing issues.
