Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC in Grants Pass, OR is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead a three-person quality team and ensure adherence to quality system requirements.

You will manage control plans, LPAs, incoming inspection, ICC audits, and analyze data using AS400, QlikView, Qlik Sense, Power BI, Excel, and AI tools to drive improvements. Collaboration with Sales and Plant teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years supervisory experience preferred in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to read drawings and work with CNC equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• BS/AS degree in technical or business field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Control Plans and maintain quality system requirements.
• Schedule and manage Layered Process Audits (LPAs).
• Lead incoming supplier part inspection and ICC audits.
• Supervise a quality team of three and drive Kaizen events.
• Analyze quality data with AS400, QlikView, Qlik Sense and Power BI to implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Plant teams to resolve quality issues.
