Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead the day-to-day Quality Department activities at our Arthur, IL facility. You will ensure products and processes meet quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations while promoting safety and continuous improvement.

You will coach auditors, partner with production and engineering teams, and drive corrective actions to reduce defects and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial technology, quality, or manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing quality experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop Quality Auditors and other assigned quality personnel.
• Provide daily directions, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
• Lead inspections and ensure quality procedures across manufacturing areas.
• Drive corrective actions to reduce defects and improve customer satisfaction.
• Support audits and compliance requirements.
• Present quality performance updates to plant leadership.
