Quality Supervisor
1st Shift - Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
New Lenox, IL
General Summary
The primary responsibility will be to meet company standards and objectives established for the storage and distribution of products to maintain product safety, quality, integrity, and legality in accordance with customer requirements, federal, state, county regulations and the Brand Recognition Compliance Global Standards (BRCGS).
Essential Functions
Education
·Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) and 2+ years in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
·Experienced and/or certified Internal Auditor in GFSI Quality Systems such as SQF, BRCGS, FSSC22000 or ISO9000 preferred.
·Six Sigma Certification and/or experience leading/working on continuous improvement projects preferred.
