We are currently looking for a Claim & Quality Supervisor to join our Carrier Team in Padborg.

Responsibilities:

• Claims approval
• Supporting our Service partners regarding any e.care issues
• Generating Authority Numbers in e.care & updating the status of the units in e.care regularly
• Providing training & support for new users of the system
• Collaborating closely with our Nordic team daily
• Having several years of experience in a technical role
• Possessing sound knowledge of manufacturer repair, maintenance, and warranty standards
• Having good knowledge of MS Office tools, Danish & English skills
