GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Quality Supervisor in California to establish, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) on-site. You will lead audits, drive continuous improvement, and ensure training compliance across facilities.

The role requires 2 years of relevant experience, knowledge of Microsoft Office and scanner equipment, and flexibility for overtime including weekends. Strong focus on regulatory compliance and continuous improvement is essential.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including planned and unplanned overtime, including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the QMS according to documented policies and procedures, meeting international quality standards.
• Review the QMS at planned intervals for suitability and effectiveness, including opportunities for improvement.
• Provide high-level reporting on the performance of the system and recommendations for improvement.
• Serve as the site audit authority for internal and external audits.
• Post all quality policies and address policy training to ensure understanding and implementation at all levels.
• Ensure training status and setup are reviewed and training requirements are met timely.
• Execute corrective and preventive actions and verify solutions are implemented.
• Implement quality initiatives at facilities as required.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field
