GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Quality Supervisor for 2nd shift in Stockton, CA.

You will establish, implement, and maintain the QMS, lead internal and external audits, and drive continuous quality improvements to ensure compliance and safety in a fast-paced warehouse setting. The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience, familiarity with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment, and a flexible schedule including possible overtime.

Qualificações

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the QMS according to documented policies and procedures.
• Review the QMS at planned intervals for suitability, adequacy and effectiveness.
• Provide high-level reporting on system performance and recommendations.
• Serve as site audit authority for all internal and external audits.
• Post quality policies and ensure training is understood and maintained.
• Ensure training requirements are reviewed and met timely.
• Execute corrective and preventive actions and verify solutions.
• Implement quality initiatives at facilities as required.
