GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Quality Supervisor in California to lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS). You will establish processes, perform site audits, and drive continuous improvement in a 2nd shift role Sunday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Execute the QMS according to documented policies and procedures.
• Review the QMS at planned intervals and identify improvements.
• Provide high-level reporting on QMS performance and recommendations.
