Job summary

Comprehensive Logistics Co. Inc. (CLI) is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead layered audits and drive continuous improvement in our warehousing operations in Wentzville, MO.

You will work with cross-functional teams to enforce quality processes, manage audits, and resolve supplier quality issues in collaboration with customers. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in business or related field, 3 years of warehousing/distribution experience, and strong PC skills including Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 3 years experience in a warehousing/distribution environment.
• 2 years of materials experience is a plus.
• Prior 3PL experience is preferred or other warehousing/distribution experience.
• Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Determine layered audit schedule.
• Drive resolution of layered audit findings through the Five Phase Problem Solving Process.
• Prepare invoices for sorting activity.
• Request shipper forms and arrange shipment Clips/CMA operation.
• Facilitate the implementation of system changes.
• Reflect process changes in our Quality Management System.
• Resolve supplier quality issues with the customer when the SQA technician is unable to reach consensus.
• Perform layered audits.
• Involved in multi-disciplinary Five Phase Problem Solving Teams that drive continuous improvement policies.
• Execute or facilitate team training.
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment.
• Enforce company policies and procedures and related work instructions.

• Bachelors degree in business or related field.
• 3 years experience in a warehousing/distribution environment
• 2 years of materials experience a plus
• Prior 3PL experience is preferred or other Warehousing/Distribution experience
• Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
