SWE P is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead and coach a team of Quality Technicians and Inspectors in Tulsa, OK. The role ensures ISO 9001:2015 compliance, drives CAPA, and collaborates with SQE and production to meet quality targets.

The ideal candidate will monitor KPIs, support audits, and champion Kaizen and process improvements while providing training and fostering safe work practices across the plant.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of manufacturing quality leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, SPC, and root cause tools.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).

• Lead Kaizen events and drive process improvements.
• Provide training and performance feedback.
• Ensure accountability and communication across teams.
• Provide hands-on training and guidance to employees regarding safe work practices.
• Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks regularly.
• Report incidents, hazards, and near-misses to management promptly.
• Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and properly maintained

Direct supervision of quality technicians and quality inspectors. This position plays a key role in maintaining compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

• 3–5 years of manufacturing quality leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, SPC, and root cause tools.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).

• Proven leadership experience and capability.
• Good team spirit, well developed interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and oral English language.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, internet and email
