Job summary

SWEP North America, Inc. is seeking a production operator to support manufacturing and BPHE assembly, brazing, and testing processes. The role requires following SOPs, engineering drawings, and work orders to ensure high-quality output and on-time delivery.

You will report safety concerns, participate in continuous improvement, and maintain an organized workspace while adhering to 5S practices. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred and a strong adherence to procedures is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out production activities in accordance with standards and specifications.
• Perform production activities of BPHE according to assembly, brazing and testing processes.
• Follow work orders, SOPs and engineering drawings to ensure high quality output.
• Seek guidance from qualified personnel when unsure about a work order or drawing.
• Complete assigned production activities on time to meet goals and customer delivery.
• Report quality uncertainties or non-conforming materials during production.
• Participate in continuous improvement and audits as required.
• Maintain organized work area and perform 5S activities.
• Follow safety rules and use PPE; report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Participate in safety training and drills.

Responsibilities

Responsible to carry out any and/or all activities and functions that have been assigned to operator, related to the manufacturing/production processes in accordance to the standards and specifications requirement.

Responsible to perform production activities of BPHE according to job function or production processes of assembly, brazing and testing.

Responsible to perform production activities strictly following the work order, standard operation procedure (SOP) and engineering drawings to ensure high quality production which adheres to customer expectation on the product.

Obtain advice from qualified person when encountering a problem or unsure about a work order, SOP, drawing of product when performing the job.

Responsible to complete the assigned production activities on time to meet the production goals and customers’ delivery requirement.

Report any quality uncertainties or materials that fail to meet quality requirements throughout the production process.

Assist and participate in continuous improvement activities related to production.

Participate in audits as required.

Responsible for maintaining organization of work area consists of cleaning, storing of all materials and production equipment which includes 5S activities.

Follow all safety rules, procedures, and instructions. Use PPE and safety equipment as required.

Report unsafe conditions, equipment, or practices to supervisors immediately.

Participate in safety training and drills.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace to minimize hazards.
