Job summary

SWEp in Tulsa, USA, is seeking a production operator to perform BPHE manufacturing tasks per defined processes, SOPs, and engineering drawings. You will contribute to on-time production, quality, and efficient workflows within a Dover Corporation family setting.

The role emphasizes following procedures, maintaining clean workspaces, and adhering to safety rules while supporting continuous improvement efforts and audits. Experience in manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform BPHE production activities according to job function, assembly, brazing and testing processes.
• Follow work orders, SOPs and engineering drawings to ensure high-quality production meeting customer expectations.
• Obtain advice from qualified personnel when unsure about a work order or drawing.
• Complete assigned production activities on time to meet goals and delivery requirements.
• Report any quality issues or non-conforming materials encountered during production.
• Assist in continuous improvement activities related to production.
• Participate in audits as required.
• Maintain an organized work area and 5S practices for materials and equipment.
• Follow all safety rules and wear PPE; report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Participate in safety training and drills.
• Keep workspace clean to minimize hazards.

To carry out any and/or all activities and functions that have been assigned to operator, related to the manufacturing/production processes in accordance to the standards and specifications requirement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible to perform production activities of BPHE according to job function or production processes of assembly, brazing and testing.
• Responsible to perform production activities strictly following the work order, standard operation procedure (SOP) and engineering drawings to ensure high quality production which adheres to customer expectation on the product.
• Obtain advice from qualified person when encountering a problem or unsure about a work order, SOP, drawing of product when performing the job.
• Responsible to complete the assigned production activities on time to meet the production goals and customers' delivery requirement.
• Report any quality uncertainties or materials that fail to meet quality requirements throughout the production process
• Assist and participate in continuous improvement activities related to production.
• Participate in audits as required
• Responsible for maintaining organization of work area consists of cleaning, storing of all materials and production equipment which includes 5S activities.
• Follow all safety rules, procedures, and instructions.
• Use PPE and safety equipment as required.
• Report unsafe conditions, equipment, or practices to supervisors immediately.
• Participate in safety training and drills.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to minimize hazards.
