Job summary

You will recruit and coach staff, implement training, monitor metrics, and drive 5S and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing or quality.
• Experience with quality inspection processes and systems preferred.
• Experience with ISO 9001 knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of Quality Inspectors and other assigned personnel.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Quality team members.
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback, development, and performance management.
• Develop and maintain training programs to ensure employees are qualified to customer and company requirements.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling to meet production and quality objectives.
• Train and qualify inspectors to customer-specific quality standards and inspection requirements.
• Monitor quality and productivity metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
