FULL DESCRIPTION: Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to join their Poway, CA team. The Quality Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that PCB products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability, and that production processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Implement and oversee quality control processes and procedures for the production of PCBs
• Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
• Train and supervise staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely and effective manner
• Manage the documentation and record-keeping of quality control processes and procedures
• Analyze quality metrics and provide regular reports to management on quality performance and trends
• Establish and maintain quality requirements and expectations with suppliers and customers
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and standards, including ISO 9001, IPC A-600, and others as needed
• Assist with NCMRs and CAPAs for a variety of quality processes
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Other duties as assigned by Quality Manager

The selected candidate will also possess:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly developed level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve quality objectives
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality control software
• Good reading vision; ability to sit/stand up to 8 hours a day; annual vision exam required
• 3+ yrs. of experience in a manufacturing environment, PCB industry preferred
• 3+ yrs. of supervisory or managerial experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred, or related field
• Experience with GD&T is a plus

Salary Range: $67k-$90k/yr
