We are seeking a high energy, data driven, results-oriented Quality Supervisor to continue to raise our high bar in quality leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time production support for quality related issues
• Identify and drive projects that improve quality metrics: FPY (first pass yield), first year warranty spend, and customer escape PPM
• Lead relentless root cause analysis investigations and implement mistake-proofing corrective actions; coordinate and lead containment measures as applicable
• Work with development engineering to improve manufacturability of products
• Ensure KPCs (key product characteristics) and ProCert (process certification) are properly defined and executed
• Assist manufacturing, quality, supply chain and engineering on new product development teams
• Support the Quality Review Board Passport process
• Provide leadership, coaching and oversight for quality control staff

Basic Qualifications

• BA/BS degree w/2+ years of supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading quality / technical teams
• Past work experience as a quality or design engineer in a related manufacturing or electronics environment.
• Experience with continuous improvement tools and processes
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Analytical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent project management skills and comfortable communicating at all levels of management and with external customers and suppliers
• Highly motivated, organized and flexible individual that is customer and results focused
