Job summary

Actalent in Chicago, IL is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead first-shift QA operations in a food manufacturing setting. You will supervise quality staff, support food safety programs, investigate issues, and ensure products and processes meet established standards.

You will drive CAPA investigations, monitor GMP/HACCP compliance, support audits, and partner with production teams to resolve quality concerns, aiming for continuous improvement and strong food safety culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of food quality/QA experience.
• Prior team leadership experience.
• HACCP and food safety experience.
• Knowledge of CAPA and root cause analysis.
• GFSI audit experience preferred.
• PCQI certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related scientific discipline preferred.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $88000.00 - $95000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
