Total-Western, Inc. is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead the QA/QC program and drive product quality, process discipline, and operational excellence on industrial construction and maintenance projects.
The role partners with Operations, Engineering and site leadership to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates will have strong data reporting skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a track record of accurate documentation in fast-paced environments.

The Quality Supervisor will be responsible for leading and maintaining the Company's Quality Management System to ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements. This role will provide direct leadershipof quality inspection while partnering with Operations, Engineering, and site leadership to drive product quality, process discipline, and operational excellence. Understand & help maintain the Company’s U, S, & R Stamp Program.
Compensation Range: $48.00 - $55.00 hourly rate
