Job Description: Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures, SOP's, and inspection plans. Ensure compliance for daily activities including incoming inspection process, FAI/PPAP inspections, in process inspections, and final product verification. Supervise a large team across multiple shifts to ensure continuous support of operations including schedule and performance management. Work closely with engineering, operations, quality, and supplier quality to ensure compliance with internal product standards, and operational standards. Responsible for managing equipment calibration, ensuring adequate lab equipment, and training technicians on utilization of inspection methods and equipment. Identify quality issues and lead corrective and preventive actions to resolve issues. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and internal standards. Manage documentation, record keeping, and data analysis.
