Job Responsibilities:

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in quality engineering roles within a manufacturing or assembly environment. Electrical processes preferred.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.).
• Proven expertise in root cause analysis methodologies (e.g., 8D, Fishbone, 5 Whys) and corrective action implementation.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC), FMEA, control plans, and other quality tools.
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in quality software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
