Job summary

Blattner Company in Avon, Minnesota seeks a Quality Superintendent to lead site-specific Quality Program implementation and coordinate with the Quality Department. You will serve as on-site lead for QC Plan execution for inspectors and third-party testers, ensuring compliance with Inspection and Testing Instructions.

You will supervise, train, and schedule Quality Control Inspectors, administer nonconformance processes, and perform on-site inspections, tests, and field audits to maintain safety

Qualifications

• A two-year related degree; or equivalent of education and experience.
• Two (2) years of Quality Control process and procedure.
• Ability to read and understand engineering plans and specifications.
• Basic understanding of mechanical functions of equipment, of AC/DC principles, cable terminations, and inspection/testing equipment.
• Familiar with root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.

Responsibilities
