Job summary

WinCup in Tolleson, AZ is seeking a Quality and SQF Supervisor I to lead the production shift, supervise staff, and uphold SQF, GMP, and safety standards. This on-site role drives quality, efficiency and team engagement within a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with maintenance, ensure quality tests pass, and maintain documentation while coaching the team to improve performance and efficiency for ongoing production excellence.

Qualifications

• Three years of leadership experience in manufacturing is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to document and report clearly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production staff across the assigned shift.
• Ensure SQF, GMP and safety compliance on the line.
• Maintain and audit SQF documentation and records.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
• Generate daily quality, efficiency and production reports.
• Provide training and coaching to team members on quality and process standards.
