Job summary

Henkel Adhesive Technologies in Salisbury, NC, is seeking a Quality Technician to perform material and product testing, document results in SAP, and support investigations with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years in a manufacturing QC environment, strong wet chemistry and analytical skills, and familiarity with ISO/IATF standards, safety practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll do

• Perform quality testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods, documenting results in SAP and quality systems.

What makes you a good fit

• Associate degree in a scientific discipline, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and professional experience, with a preference for candidates possessing 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing quality control testing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of wet chemistry, analytical testing methods, laboratory instrumentation, and troubleshooting of testing equipment.
• Proven problem-solving abilities with a demonstrated commitment to accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
