Job summary

ATI is seeking a Quality Specialist to support the Specialty Rolled Products business unit. The preferred location is Natrona Heights, PA, with Washington, PA as an alternative.

Responsibilities include maintaining SharePoint spec reviews, processing customer requests, and coordinating with Metallurgy, Analytical Services, and Test Labs to define testing requirements and spec codes.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience reviewing and interpreting technical documentation.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products.
• Experience in an ERP system and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SharePoint specification review system
• Process all customer specification review requests
• Collaborate with Product Metallurgy, Analytical Services and Mechanical Test Labs to determine testing requirements and develop spec codes
• Process new revisions of society specifications (AMS, ASTM, ASME, etc.)
• Maintain the current Internal Master Specification System (IMS)
• Access customer portals for latest specification revisions
• Maintain the Fixed Flow SharePoint System
• Complete requests from Engineering for new melt codes and melt code changes.
• Develop and update Quality Procedures
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of a new Oracle ERP system as it relates to specification review and melt codes (Manufacturing Execution System (MES) - PSI)
