Job summary

Eaton's CPDI OPS Operations division is seeking a Quality Specialist - 1st Shift at our Spring Forest Rd location in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on ensuring product quality in line with Lean, ISO 9001, and Eaton Quality System standards.

The position offers a pay rate of $23.00 per hour with core hours 6:00am - 2:30pm and benefits including health, vacation, holidays, and education assistance. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Raleigh and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited school.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of Raleigh, North Carolina will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in quality audits and corrective actions.
• Perform inspection activities on in-process and completed assemblies.
• Analyze production non-conformances and report quality issues.
• Coordinate internal 8D corrective actions with teams and vendors.
• Educate associates on product inspection to drive quality improvements.
