Job summary

Eaton's IS AER FED division in Middlesex, NC seeks a Quality Technician - Nights (4 x 10's) to join our team. You will perform quality control, run lab tests, and ensure orders meet specifications on a 8 pm to 6 am schedule.

This overnight role requires attention to detail, ability to read procedures, and strong record-keeping. You’ll work with engineering to troubleshoot, and participate in shipping, hose assembly, and overall lean initiatives while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of quality experience in manufacturing.
• ITAR requires U.S. person status per regulations.
• No immigration sponsorship offered; local candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform lab tests according to procedures and annotate results.
• Maintain inspection and testing records and databases.
• Receive and verify incoming materials against specifications and paperwork.
• Assemble hoses per instructions and maintain related inventory and records.
• Complete computer transactions for labor, scrap, and inspections reports.
• Follow safety, 5S, TPM and lean practices across the plant.
