Role Summary
The Quality Specialist 2 will perform routine activities to monitor and coordinate the project quality program, including document review, meetings, inspections, and investigating non-compliance, supporting JE Dunn’s strategy, vision, and values.
Key Responsibilities include ensuring safety and quality culture, participating in quality plans and reports, documenting quality assurance processes, collaborating with suppliers, reviewing design documents, conducting site observations, investigating non-compliance, and supporting quality investigations and inspections.
Additional responsibilities involve establishing project-specific quality plans and water intrusion plans, updating quality reports, participating in national initiatives, monitoring trade partner quality programs, and building cross-functional relationships.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities required include accuracy, communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, reading technical documents, understanding construction materials and processes, and collaboration skills.
Education: Bachelor’s in architecture, construction management, or related field preferred; relevant experience considered.
Experience: 2+ years in construction preferred.
Working Environment: Ability to lift 25 pounds, work non-traditional hours, travel, and work in various conditions.
