Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred in social work or related field.
• Minimum two years in quality management in healthcare preferred.
• Advanced Excel for data collection and analysis preferred.
• SharePoint experience for file/list/project management preferred.
• Must drive for the company with valid license and acceptable MVR record.
• Ability to obtain fingerprint clearance, CPR and First Aid certifications.

CPLC Centro De La Familia provides outpatient behavioral health services for families and individuals of all ages. The program offers counseling and therapy services to those living with serious mental illness, general mental health issues, and substance abuse issues. These issues can be related to depression, anxiety, relationships, loss, substance abuse, suicidal thoughts, and trauma from sexual, emotional and/or physical abuse. Outpatient services offer flexible office hours and home-based services for children and their families, public transit accessibility, therapy in English and Spanish, and professional staff who utilize best practice models for treatment.

$24.04-$26.44/hr Non-exempt

Schedule

Monday-Friday; 8 am - 5 pm

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?

Under the supervision of the Quality Manager of Integrated Health & Human Services (IHHS), the Quality Specialist will contribute to providing maintenance of systems, processes and procedures that ensure compliance with policies and that the performance and quality of services conform with internal and external regulatory entities guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications And Competencies

Education/Background:

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in social work or related field highly preferred; or any combination of education, training or experience which demonstrates the ability to perform job duties.
• A minimum of two years of experience in quality management in a healthcare-related field preferred;
• Experience utilizing advanced features of Microsoft Excel to collect and analyze large sets of data highly preferred.
• Experience utilizing SharePoint to manage files, lists, and projects highly preferred.
• This position requires driving on behalf of the company. Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license, meet the company’s motor vehicle record (MVR) standards, meets company’s insurance eligibility, and comply with all state and federal driving requirements. Ongoing employment is contingent upon maintaining an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to obtain fingerprint clearance card and CPR and First Aid certifications.
