Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. seeks a Program Quality Specialist to ensure data accuracy, develop dashboards, and produce detailed reports for the Early Childhood Development programs. You will collaborate with staff and provide technical assistance while promoting school readiness across on-site sites.
The role emphasizes generating insights from data and supporting health practices to keep children safe, with on-site supervision and strong documentation skills.
CPLC's Early Childhood Development (ECD) programs are committed to giving every child, regardless of circumstances at birth, an opportunity to succeed in school and life. Provides full-day, full-year early childhood development services to low income children, ages 0-3 years, and their families in educationally-stimulating learning environments. Migrant Head Start program provides full-day, full-year program services to children, ages 0-5 years, of migrant and seasonal farm and agriculture working families where hand‑picked and row crops are prevalent.
Program Quality Specialist is responsible for data accuracy, analysis, dashboard visualizations, and generating reports. Will collaborate and provide technical assistance to staff as needed. Will possess a working knowledge of the goals and objectives referred to in CPLC ECD’s Mission Statement. Promotes school readiness by preparing children and families for school and life success as it relates to this position. Actively supervise children by sight and sound at all times visiting on-site. Facilitate health practices to keep children safe in the school bus, outdoor and indoor environments.
