Job summary

Quad in Westampton is seeking a Quality Service Representative to accurately fulfill customer orders through packing, receiving, and processing shipments. The role supports quality practices across departments and evaluates product to ensure quality standards are met.

The position requires forklift operation and basic computer skills, with potential nightly or day shifts in a warehouse environment. Training on company SOPs will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Forklift certification and ability to operate powered equipment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select, pack, seal, label, and affix postage for customer product according to works instructions.
• Monitor and maintain inventory (product & supplies) and inform appropriate internal contacts when product is low.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure appropriate packaging and labeling requirements are met.
• Measure and communicate product quality to business and internal production partners.
• Process outgoing shipments; including preparing shipping documents and tracking discrepancies.
• Participate in safety programs and perform daily maintenance inspections.
• Work independently to identify and resolve problems with minimal assistance.
• Complete work according to priorities and within a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and plant floor.
