Qualifications

• 5–7 years of related quality management experience.
• Experience with castings, machined parts, and domestic/international suppliers preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Interpret quality data to ensure standards meet goals and reliability.
• Formulate and maintain quality control objectives aligned with corporate policies.
• Assist in establishing inspection criteria and procedures.
• Provide leadership during internal and external audits.
• Implement ISO Quality Manual standards across the organization.
• Direct inspectors to ensure control over materials, facilities, and products.
• Coordinate with production to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
• Train inspectors on new requirements and changes.
• Apply total quality management tools to analytics and reporting.
• Oversee calibration procedures and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure quality of purchased parts.
• Investigate and address customer quality complaints.
• Report progress to Senior Leadership and execute directives.
• Direct Quality Department staff and manage performance.
