Qualifications

• BS degree in quality management or related field.
• 5–7 years of related quality management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead audits and drive corrective actions.
• Experience working with castings, machined parts, and suppliers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret current quality data to ensure products meet quality goals and reliability expectations.
• Formulate and maintain quality control objectives aligned with corporate policies.
• Lead and participate in internal and external audits and inspections.
• Train inspectors on new requirements and procedures; implement changes in the quality program.
• Coordinate with production to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
