Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Quality Sanitation Specialist to join our team in the Utah area. You will lead sanitation efforts with a 24/7 mindset, ensuring safety, quality and cost targets are met across shifts.

Work with Quality and Production to implement robust routines, develop 24-hour action plans, and coach team members to sustain a high-performance culture in a fast-paced beverage environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in production, maintenance, and/or quality operations.
• Bachelor's degree or technical certification preferred.
• Knowledge of data analytics and KPIs for manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• 24-hour, multi-shift accountability for sanitation, safety, quality, and costs.
• Collaborate with Quality and Production to ensure robust routines and coaching.
• Develop 24-hour action plans and allocate resources to reduce losses.
• Own DMS processes in sanitation area for lines and changeovers.
• Develop cleaning schedules and 24-hour plans to meet production needs.
• Provide development and coaching to team members to build performance.
