Zusammenfassung

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Quality Sanitation Specialist in Utah to join a high-performance team responsible for 24-hour sanitation accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. You will partner with Quality and Production to implement robust routines and 24-hour action plans to eliminate losses across all shifts.

The role requires strong data analytics, KPI measurement capabilities, and ability to work nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of data analytics and appropriate KPI’s for measurement of manufacturing systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications preferred.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.

Aufgaben

• Provides 24-hour multiple shift accountability meeting sanitation requirements for fillers, external foaming, and plant cleanliness. High priority given to safety, quality, production, delivery, cost, morale, and capability building in the sanitation department. Ensures appropriate metrics are in place, monitored, and communicated for DMS’s/Tool’s owned
• Provides key data for sanitation processes and losses during routine direction setting meetings (DDS, WDS, and MDS) by gathering and inputting data onto the DS boards, performing Health Checks for owned DMS’s, and presenting the data during the DS meetings. Actively participates in creating action plans to drive out losses for the team
• Key player on the Quality Structure Team in executing the 90-day plans to eliminate losses using IWS tools and standards
• Owns the DMS processes in the sanitation area for CL’s, CIL’s, Changeovers, and Defect Handling
• Develop and communicate CIPs, cleaning, and labor schedules for the sanitation team. Establishes a plan for the next 24 hours to meet the needs of each production line
• Provides development and coaching to team members to build and maintain a performance driven culture, leads by example
• Performs other duties as assigned
