Job summary

Pratt Industries, Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Quality & Safety Technician for the 1st shift. The role partners with production teams and management to ensure quality work is performed safely and timely, following GMPs and Pratt quality procedures.

Responsibilities include quality checks, handling non-conforming defects, data entry for complaints and audits, and supporting weekly KPIs. Pratt offers strong benefits and growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
• Work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks in the assigned department and support multiple plant areas.
• Conduct production quality checks and ensure safety guidelines are followed.
• Assist with non-conforming supplier defects and returns, sorting and reworks.
• Support weekly KPIs and corrective action reports (CAR).
• Follow GMPs and internal quality procedures.
