Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking motivated individuals in Conyers, GA to perform a range of tasks across departments, uphold GMPs, and learn Pratt’s quality procedures. You will participate in quality checks, handle non-conforming defects, and help track weekly KPIs and CARs.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to learn and grow in a state-of-the-art, fast-paced environment.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
• Work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks in the assigned department. Possible to be in multiple areas of the plant during the week working on varied projects and customer orders.
• Perform production quality checks and ensure all safety guidelines are being followed.
• Help with control of non-conforming supplier defects and returns, sorting and reworks of damaged product.
• Support of weekly KPI's and/or compliances with CAR (corrective action reports).
• Follow at all times GMPs (Good Manufacturing Processes).
• Learn and comply with Pratt Industries quality procedures and policies.
