Job summary

L&M Corrugated Container Corporation is seeking a Quality & Safety Manager to lead our quality and safety initiatives on the production floor, shaping the future of our organization. This leadership role combines strategic direction with hands-on execution to improve operations while keeping employees safe and customers satisfied.

We are looking for an experienced leader who can drive continuous improvement, solve complex problems, and build strong teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in manufacturing quality and safety.
• Experience leading cross functional teams and driving improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, safety programs, root cause methodologies, and corrective actions.
• Excellent communication with auditors, regulators, and executives.

• Experienced leader with proven work managing quality and safety programs (manufacturing environment preferably).


• Strategic thinker who can see the bigger picture, align initiatives with organizational goals, and influence decision‑making at the executive level.


• Hands‑on and approachable leader who is present within the facility and comfortable engaging directly with production teams.


• Strong problem solver with expertise in root cause analysis, corrective actions, continuous improvement, and preventive measures.


• Customer‑focused professional capable of handling quality concerns, audits, investigations, and difficult conversations with confidence and professionalism.


• Effective communicator who can build credibility and trust with employees, management, customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.

Experience & Background

• Progressive leadership experience in manufacturing quality, safety, operations, or related discipline.

• Strong knowledge of quality systems, regulatory requirements, safety programs, root cause methodologies, and corrective action processes.


• Experience conducting investigations related to quality incidents, customer complaints, non‑conformances, safety incidents, and near misses.


• Comfortable interacting with customers, auditors, regulatory agencies, and executive leadership.


• Demonstrated success building and sustaining a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
