This leadership role combines strategic direction with hands-on execution to improve operations while keeping employees safe and customers satisfied.

We are looking for an experienced leader who can drive continuous improvement, solve complex problems, and build strong teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in manufacturing quality and safety.
• Experience leading cross functional teams and driving improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, safety programs, root cause methodologies, and corrective actions.
• Excellent communication with auditors, regulators, and executives.
