Job summary

L&M Corrugated is seeking a Quality & Safety Manager to lead our quality and safety initiatives on the production floor in Wisconsin. This executive-level role blends strategic planning with hands-on leadership to improve operations, uphold safety standards, and protect employee well-being while satisfying customers.

You will shape quality systems, drive continuous improvement, and mentor a team to ensure regulatory compliance, effective corrective actions, and a culture of accountability

Experience & Background

• Progressive leadership experience in manufacturing quality, safety, operations, or related discipline.

• Strong knowledge of quality systems, regulatory requirements, safety programs, root cause methodologies, and corrective action processes.
• Experience conducting investigations related to quality incidents, customer complaints, non-conformances, safety incidents, and near misses.
• Comfortable interacting with customers, auditors, regulatory agencies, and executive leadership.
• Demonstrated success building and sustaining a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
