Job summary

L&M Corrugated is seeking a Quality & Safety Manager to lead quality and safety initiatives across the manufacturing floor. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on involvement to shape culture, improve performance, and develop systems that protect employees and satisfy customers.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, drive root-cause investigations, and implement corrective actions and preventive measures while maintaining the highest standards for quality, safety, and regulatory

Experience & Background

• Progressive leadership experience in manufacturing quality, safety, operations, or related discipline.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, regulatory requirements, safety programs, root cause methodologies, and corrective action processes.
• Experience conducting investigations related to quality incidents, customer complaints, non-conformances, safety incidents, and near misses.
• Comfortable interacting with customers, auditors, regulatory agencies, and executive leadership.
• Demonstrated success building and sustaining a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
