Key Responsibilities
Safety (Primary Focus)
Champion and lead a zero-incident safety culture.
Ensure full OSHA and environmental compliance.
Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and training.
Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
Track and improve safety KPIs (TRIR, near misses, corrective actions).
Drive Lean / CI initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Monitor operational KPIs and implement data-driven improvements.
Utilize SPC and structured problem-solving tools.
Quality Systems
Oversee QA/QC processes and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and BRCGS.
Lead internal and external audits.
Resolve significant quality issues and customer concerns.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, EHS, Quality, or related field.
5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
Corrugated packaging experience required.
