Job summary

The role requires 4 years of experience in quality, safety, or compliance in industrial settings, leadership capability, and ISO/QMS knowledge. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Travel up to 25% may be needed.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience managing quality, safety, or compliance programs in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
• Experience with safety audits, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in an ISO-certified environment and Quality Management Systems.
• Supervisory or leadership experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor the site's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards.
• Monitor QMS performance and implement corrective actions.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and develop effective Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).
• Manage customer quality concerns and Corrective Action Requests (CARs).
• Develop and deliver safety programs to promote OSHA compliance and safe work practices.
• Lead safety audits and incident investigations; report findings and track improvements.
• Coach and develop team members; drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
