As the Quality & Safety Manager, you will lead the site's Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a safe working environment for all employees. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality and safety processes that support business objectives, customer requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
In this role, you will serve as the site subject matter expert for quality and safety, partnering with operations leadership to drive compliance, reduce risk, improve performance, and foster a culture of accountability and engagement. You will oversee audits, investigations, corrective actions, employee training, and performance reporting while promoting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
The annual salary range for this role is $88,151-$110,189/Year. GXO, in good faith, believes this is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. This rate may be modified in the future.
