Responsibilities

• Promotes learning in others by providing information, resources, advice, and expertise; builds relationships with cross-functional/external stakeholders.
• Completes work autonomously supporting projects; collaborates cross-functionally to achieve decisions and solutions.
• Conducts data extraction, analyses, and presentations to support quality improvement efforts; creates charts, graphs, and summaries of improvements.
• Facilitates quality improvement and risk management efforts by developing corrective action plans and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Develops quality improvement performance metrics and methods to establish improvement success; collaborates with stakeholders to ensure practical metrics.
• Facilitates development of quality improvement initiatives by building stakeholder capabilities and using data-driven methods.
• Serves as SME for quality improvement processes and regulations; delivers educational programs to raise awareness and ensure compliance.
• Delivers stakeholder development and quality performance reviews by providing feedback and coaching to improve processes as needed.
