Job summary

This role leads peer review, committees, and development of strategies to address performance gaps, while coordinating with medical and administrative staff to uphold clinical governance and accreditation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promotes learning by informing and guiding cross-functional stakeholders.
• Leads business projects applying deep expertise and promotes policy compliance.
• Acts as SME for clinical quality processes, advising committees and staff.
• Develops the quality of care complaints handling with ombudsman coordination.
• Develops risk management through root-cause analyses and action plans.
• Consults on new clinical quality programs, defining metrics and definitions.
• Implements data systems for monitoring safety programs and trend analysis.
• Supports regulatory audits by coordinating with evaluators and departments.
