Qualifications

• 5 years of clinical experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and EMR.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Master’s degree or enrollment within 18 months, completed within 4 years.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in SC.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate quality improvement via multidisciplinary committee and order set development.
• Contribute to data-driven, evidence-based care and annual clinical effectiveness plan.
• Collaborate with medical staff, leadership, accreditation and regulatory agencies.
• Maintain professional image and customer relations per Service Excellence Standards.
• Demonstrate problem solving and change theory to improve care.
• 80 hours bi-weekly
