Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs based on history, observation, physical examination and diagnostic data.
• Provide nursing interventions aligned with the Plan of Care and physician plans.
• Conduct hourly rounds to ensure service excellence and patient comfort.
• Foster a caring, compassionate, and respectful environment for patients, families and visitors.
• Contribute to department growth through hospital-system initiatives and Evidence Based Practices.
