Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensures medications are dispensed and delivered promptly.
• Checks medications including IVs, carts and kits before dispensing.
• Serves as a drug information resource for the health care team.
• Promotes safe use of automated dispensing, infusion pumps and EHR systems.
• Follows hospital and pharmacy policies and procedures in patient care.
