Job summary

Aligned Energy is seeking a Quality & Reliability Manager to enforce QA/QC policies, lead contractor QA oversight, and drive CAPA actions in data-center environments. You will validate readiness, coordinate with construction and vendors, and develop metrics to monitor CX milestones.

The role requires 3–6 years creating standards, strong communication, and up to 20% travel. US work authorization is required, with a performance-driven, safety-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6 years creating documents used to establish standards for data centers or critical environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Enforce QA/QC policy and define exact passing installation criteria.
• Lead third-party QA specialists and coordinate with vendors.
• Perform trend analysis, identify systemic patterns, and drive CAPA actions.
• Validate readiness with Readiness Memo and align with Construction, Vendors, and Commissioning.
• Develop standardized reporting metrics to keep stakeholders informed.
