Aligned Data Centers, LLC is seeking a QA/QC Lead to enforce policy, oversee third-party QA specialists, and drive root-cause analysis for data-center installations. You will validate readiness, document results, and coordinate with construction, vendors, and commissioning teams to ensure quality and compliance across critical environments.

• Minimum 3–6 years experience creating documents used in standards for building, testing, repairs, troubleshooting, and training in data centers or critical environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple levels of management and vendors.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced facility environment and support 24/7 operations.

Mansioni

• Enforce the project QA/QC policy and define passing installation criteria (torque, cleanliness, cable dressing).
• Lead and direct third-party QA specialists, with tasking, coverage planning, and CAPA implementation.
• Perform trend analysis to identify systemic failures and drive corrective actions.
• Act as gating authority (Level 3–4) to confirm readiness and documentation before testing.
• Ensure reliability and serviceability of equipment and ancillary systems; coordinate with vendors and commissioning teams.
